Kevin Smith has been a trial lawyer for the last 20 years and his pursuit of justice for his clients extends throughout the Palmetto State. 

Kevin has been a partner at Hoffman Law Firm since 2014 and leads the Litigation Department. Never one to back down from a challenge, his determination has not only earned him a reputation as a talented litigator, but earned life-changing compensation for accident victims. As a Lowcountry native, he enjoys personal injury law because it gives him the chance to fight for local clients. These accident victims would otherwise be left to face the insurance companies alone. He graduated from The Citadel in 1994 as a Gold Star recipient before attending the New England School of Law to pursue his law degree. As a faculty member of the Keenan Trial Institute, he teaches some of the latest trial techniques to lawyers across the country. Whether he is fighting for clients or sharing his knowledge, he works to make a positive difference every day.
