Pre-Bankruptcy Consultation
We will personally meet with you if you desire and discuss the process, practices and procedures involved in filing a bankruptcy case under Chapters 7, 11 or 13.
Data Gathering and Input
We will take the information from your Worksheets and transpose them into the proper computer forms for electronic filing. If we have additional questions for you, we will contact you by the method you select before filing your case.
Attending Meeting of Creditors With You
We, or a competent attorney in association with us, will attend your Meeting of Creditors with you to assure that there are no unexpected surprises for you.
Reaffirmation Agreements
We will follow-up with any Reaffirmation Agreements proposed by your secured creditors that you intend to repay after the conclusion of the case.
