Data Enabled Forms
This link will take you to a site where you can actually fill-in the official bankruptcy forms. This is mainly so you can see what the actual completed forms will look like. You do not need to fill-in these forms, however. Your attorney will do this on his computer program designed for electronic filing. However, if you feel that you can complete the forms in this fashion in lieu of, or in addition to, the Bankruptcy Worksheet, you may do so and provide the forms to your attorney.
State Median Income Figures
The “Means Test” requires that you complete Form 22A unless your income falls below the State Median for your family size. This link will take you to a site where you can view the median income for your particular State which may be of assistance to your attorney when discussing the requirements of your case.
National IRS Standards for Form 22A Expenses
The “Means Test” is designed to use National IRS Standard figures for determining the allowed amount of certain housing, vehicle and other expenses which are used to determine whether you are subject to the “Means Test”. This link will take you to the IRS site where you can view the National Standards used for your State.
